I worked at Pride
Pros – Fair starting pay, that's it.
Cons – No job description
No feedback
No training program
No long term employees (mentors)
No respect for an individual's expertise - Bob thinks he knows everything
Advice to Senior Management – Honestly, Bob, it's time to retire.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
