Pros

Fair company, great room for advancement IF you make the effort, whether it be in sales, management, or home office.

Cons

Pay scale is less than other companies, and although company is still growing, health benefit costs are high. Work load can be stressful in the sales field because of the retail nature of the business.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Training to improve those that are worth training. Employees give a lot to keep this company running, it's time to give back and show appreciation. The sales field is what keeps the ball rolling, and they are the under appreciated.

Current Employee - Lead Technician in Elkhorn, NE

    Pros

Lots of travel if you like that. Plenty of work if you are a kiss up or in favor of management.

    Cons

Traveling on a moments notice. Being force to share a hotel room with a team mate when the contract charged to the customer is for a room for each technician. Unprofessional managers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get out of the office and travel with a technician instead of the excessive vacations you brag about. It is not good for moral of those who work for you.
