I have been working at Prime Communications full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

lets see.....i guess a con would be that the store had running water and electricity.

    Cons

Pay- Absolutely sub par when compared to the national industrial average.
Upper Management- They tend to hire managers that have absolutely minimal managerial training. The only challenging that upper management does is threaten to fire. There no support.
Availability if devices- Lucky to have popular devices in stock, or the device would have to be pre ordered even when that device was in stock right down the street.
Business Accounts- Upper management would tell me to get business accounts, i did on numerous occasions but got in trouble for selling more than 5 devices to one customer at a time.

i could go on and on, but its a sinking ship. Prime will eventual go under and it will be Primes fault in the end.

I worked at Prime Communications full-time for less than a year

    Pros

good for people who like dealing with people, decent pay

    Cons

no paid holidays, commission is unattainable at some locations, if you work overtime you get in trouble

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

PAY ATTENTION TO HOW A STORE IS DOING. My store was in a bad location, and therefore, I missed commission by a few sales each month. In the 3 months I was there, I tried to make the store better by bringing in more people and getting awesome survey scores. Apparently, doing the best I could in a failing location wasn't good enough. I would NOT recommend to anyone, as I was not told that if I didn't make commission (even in a store that was failing from the start) that I would be jobless. Also, my boss was switched to another location as soon as I hired in, leaving me to run the store alone, resulting in too many hours and still not enough business.
