Prime has great potential to achieve great success, however without acquiring and keeping good talent in Operations Managemetn and Produciton Control they will be unsuccessful.

Cons

Executive Management does not have the technical skills to recognize the needs of the business. Further, there are no existing management controls to supplement the needs of Operations, Production, and Finance. They lack any in-house talent to cover all the needs

Advice to Senior Management

Re-establish the necessary financial foundation and then re-establish vendor relations. Then after the business is stable, bring in the necessary work force to maintain and improve the overall system.
