Pros

Pay and benefits are excellent. People are great. Upper management makes a real effort to communicate with employees. Work/life balance seems to be a real concern, not just lip service like so many others. We get fruit for breakfast every Wednesday and bagels once a month! Just a nice perk that reminds us that we are valued as people and not just "human capital."

Cons

PBM business is complex and learning curve is steep for new hires. Company has been growing very fast and growing pains are starting to show in on boarding new employees etc.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep up the good work. In general your employees are happy and engaged. They seem to have a real stake in the business and a positive attitude because they valued and respected, please keep that up!
