I worked at PrimePay for more than 3 years

Pros

Focused on growth. Willing to change direction quickly if they feel they are not offering the most competitive solutions in the industry. 90% of management was hired from within. Great incentive programs and trips! Top producers are held in very high regard. Great earning potential...Career not a job!

Cons

For the most part my experience at PrimePay was great! I have very few bad things to say about the company. The one negative was the interview process was a bit long. Although I understand why they do it, they should find a way to shorten.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stay who you are, and always remain focused on providing great service!

    Competitive products. Growing industry. Some decent people work here.

    Cons

    Micromanaged. Expect far too much work for too little pay. No residual income. Very disorganized management. Hire managers from outside.

    I worked at PrimePay full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    A paycheck. Not a good one, but a check.

    Cons

    Benefits are very expensive. Poor leadership, especially at the very top. Outdated sales approach. Training is weak. Constant turnover, and poor morale with those who stay. The offices are uncomfortable work spaces. It is like being in detention in school. Also, cameras everywhere! Not sure why employees are filmed, but very strange. Intimidation is a management tool. Poorly run operation.

    Need to look in the mirror.
