Primerica is basically a good company.

ProsThey are very enthusiastic and will do a lot to help you become successful.

ConsTheir lead generation is pretty much completely dependant on your warm market.

Advice to Senior ManagementDevelop a company lead program so Reps don't have to rely solely on friends and family i.e. warm market.

    Good if your great at sales, but very sneaky practices

    Pros: Become licensed as a life insurance sales agent, can get investments license.… Cons: Sneaky practices. Recruit people through weekly meetings that make the job seem really easy to make a ton of money.
