I have been working at Primerica part-time for less than a year

Pros

Become licensed as a life insurance sales agent, can get investments license. If you are good at sales there is potential to make money.

Cons

Sneaky practices. Recruit people through weekly meetings that make the job seem really easy to make a ton of money. Ask you to call your close friends and family and not tell them anything about what you are selling but just that its something great and they need to sit down with your manager and he will explain everything They say its not a multi level marketing structure but it is. Money you make is all about the number of sales you can make and the number of people under you who you have recruited and the sales you make.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Should make it clear what the job actually is and what skills are actually required and give people the proper training. You just recruit anybody regardless of there background or skills because in the end you know you can just use their connections for possible sales leads.

I have been working at Primerica part-time for more than a year

    Pros

The business plan is ingenious. One gets out of it what they put in, plus so much more. Excellent personal training, unlimited financial compensation, incentive bonuses, and trips multiply the benefits exponentially! The sense of comraderie and the people you meet while meeting can never be replaced. There's no incentive for political sabotage, as found all too often elsewhere; it's in-win!

    Cons

    Sorry, can't think of any!

    Pros

Freedom. You have to opportunity to work at your leisure and to do things on your own. You learn a lot and grow.

    Cons

Not a Real Job. Everyone there is part time, so much focus is on recruiting and bringing in new people. You constantly have to tell people this is not scheme and this is legit.
