I worked at Primerica part-time for less than a year

Pros

Everyone will help
Great team environment
I never met a single person that was not willing to help, in any way- whether it was through coaching, doing scenarios, or just practicing presentations
Pay can be great
Company has many opportunities to win trips, electronics, especially trips- and not to some cabin in the middle of nowhere, but to islands, or mountains in Colorado- all expenses paid!

Cons

It takes you forever for you to do good
You have to keep all your work going, no slacking off at all!!
It takes up all your time, but you don't even know if you're going to do good or not.
It all depends on how many people say yes, and when you're first starting off not everyone says yes.

I worked at Primerica for more than a year

    Pros

You will gain invaluable knowledge on finance that will change the way you see money, income and wealth.

    Cons

Do NOT think this is a job! It is an opportunity. Does work for some, will not for most. In any case I recommend it because the knowledge gained is well worth the time. I cant put a dollar amount on the things I learned.

I have been working at Primerica part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Pay is commissioned based and I usually get paid within hours of a sale, not monthly as some have suggested. Rapid advances and licensing is paid by company. PRI is the largest financial services marketing company in North America.

    Cons

Hard work, if that is a con. You're going to have to get out and learn how to listen to your potential client's needs. Again, is that a con?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Mr. Addison and Mr. Williams, keep up the great work..
