I have been working at Primerica part-time for more than 8 years

Pros – They have all of the modern tech for learning, licensing, and business processes. Mentors will work with thise who honestly want to learn about finances and succeed in business. There is a large majority who truly live the 'do the right thing' motto.

Cons – A few who try to short-cut and make a bad name for others. You will be paid to market yourself, so be prepared to be a marketing person. Learning to receive referrrals from your warm market beats the harder work of a cold market.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep listening.
