Pros

It has friendly environment. It is free trip to huge convention. There are trainings to get you licensed. It is good to have flexible work schedule.

Cons

Not everyone are trained by good Senior Representatives, you have to develop your own work schedule and follow up with the SR. You look for your own business, not making cold-calling. Very difficult to make growth, unless you are the top 5% at the company.

    Pros

I did learn a lot about P&C, life insurance, annuities, and mortgage industry.

    Cons

They focus on "building your business" by recruiting, recruiting, recruiting. Recruiting is their client list - sell to the recruit and run through their warm market selling them anything they can under the guise of having to own the product to do a good job of selling the product. This is a money pit! Their products are mediocre at best, they pay minimal commish so they can pay at least six generations deep.
