I have been working at Primerica part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great company to work with. I work with them part time and when I lost my job, I was so happy I was still able to earn some income with Primerica. Great part time income and I've had a complete new outlook on how money works.

    Cons

Not enough people realize that it's best to have a plan b, incase your J.O.B let's you down ( which it will).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep talking to people and changing people's life.

Expect to put a lot of time and some money with no return, and listen to a lot of cheerleading for a lot of hard work.

I worked at Primerica as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

Flexible hours, good potential income for a very select few.

    Cons

They will recruit you hard and promise the sun and moon. And just maybe you may make some money after harrassing every friend, relative, former co workers, and ANY one else you know. That is basically how that train you to get your leads. You can easily burn some bridges spinning their sales pitch on people that will avoid you like the plague after sitting through a 2 hour pressure sales meeting. This job cost me money every month with various mandatory memberships, so expect to fork out some money, again mandatory.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't hire people just to use all of their contacts.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
