I have been working at Primerica part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Great pay structure, the commission percentages are excellent. They pay for you to get your life and securities licenses.

    Cons

Some people are allowed to recruit before they are ready and don't know what they are doing. They say the $25/mo POL fees are optional, but in reality you need it to do your job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Put more in writing. It took forever to figure out pay and other things. Let people recruit, but make sure they are ready.
