I worked at Primerica as a contractor (less than a year)

    Pros

They promise you all this paid training and vacations.

    Cons

You don't have any leads or clients you have to sell only to people you know. All the money being made is just from you recruiting people to the company. It's stupid and they are really fake its almost scary.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop this pyramid scheme and be a real insurance company.
