    Pros

Potential to make a lot of money if you don't have bills, little kids, and etc.

    Cons

No time for your family. You have to go look for leads or referral

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have leads available so the new people who sign on will last longer.

The worst internship I've ever done

I worked at Primerica as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Good work/life balance. Really laid-back (to a fault). Pretty much free-rein of the entire office.

    Cons

Really money-centered. Unhelpful when it comes to training, they expect you to accost and bring in your friends and family so that you can be trained, while they get the benefits. They have no formal training program. No leadership or path to follow. Pretty much could do whatever I wanted, no one was checking to make sure I was doing any sort of work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Instead of selling how much 'money' I'll be making and how 'rich' I'm going to be, why not tell me about the products and what I'll be doing to help the little man get over the difficulties of insurance.
