    Advice to ManagementAdvice

As the nutrition specialist I believe they should strive for better guidelines and expectations for the nutrition program. Need a budget to work within - guidelines of some kind. To be expected to cook for 100+ children and staff, do menu planning, food ordering and all shopping and all cleaning up - too much to put on a staff of 1 person. Primrose needs to focus on more homemade cuisine and staffing at least 2 people to adequately take care of the job. primrose has had terrible turnover in the kitchen because of burn out.
