Primrose School – “Its a daycare”

Pros

The pay was decent. 9.25 starting for someone with previous experience. The manager was really nice and cared. When you need items for your classroom they usually buy them. They kept the classroom in excellent condition. And kept an eye on employees to make sure there were no slackers.

Cons

The owner was impossible to work with. Very stressful on the days she was there. She has never been a teacher and doesn't understand what we go through. There are no planning times for teachers unless you are a pre k teacher. You stay in one room all day.

Advice to Senior Management

For the owner take time to talk and listen to your teachers. Learn what it takes to be a teacher not just an owner.
