Pros
The travel benefits are amazing and ALMOST make up for the considerable lower pay compared to those in other industries that share the same job duties.
Work space is clean and well maintained.
Co workers are like a family.
Cons
Pay is lower than those of others that share similar duties in other industries, lack of advancement.
