I have been working at Princess Cruise Lines as a contractor (more than an year)

Pros

Living, working, and playing in the Alaskan wilderness near the Denali National Park. The serving staff in the restaurants have a nice tip based income. Having the opportunity to work with people from all over the country and the world is a great experience.

Cons

The location is in a remote part of Alaska and it can feel very isolated here. The short summer season employees spend time away from home.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take care of employees a little better, and then there might not be as much turnover from season to season.
