Princeton Group – “Don't take this job unless you are really dedicated to sales”
Pros
Great company with a great Product. If you are good at sales and like sports this is a great place to work. You are basically selling a product that sells itself (Masters/ Super Bowl/ other sports packages). Everyone there is great and the environment is relatively relaxed.
Cons
All the usually of a sales job. You are expected to be on the phone constantly between 8-12 and 1-5. You are also expected to develop your own leads which is the most difficult part. This is a sales job, don't take it just because you like sports. You won't succeed if you are not into sales.
Advice to Senior Management
I would recommend slightly more training and guidance if you hire recent grads with no sales experience. Other than that their isn't too much they could change. Either you can sell or you can't
