actually a very good program for clients (got great experience the first 2 years)

Cons

as a mental health associate there is NO UPWARD MOBILITY
raises aren't given on merit and are scarce
work environment can get hostile due to instability of patients
nurses can tend to be lazy

Princeton House Behavioral Healthcare has a great team. However, their management is vindictive and evil.

I worked at Princeton HealthCare full-time

    Pros

The admissions team was great to work with- everyone is positive and willing to lend a hand.

    Cons

The management is disorganized and sends their staff mixed messages. They also tended to play favorites, and held mistakes made months ago fresh in their minds, using it as ammunition to write awful progress reports. Also, HR is a joke and is not actually there to protect employees- they are very political with their choices.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to manage. Just because you hold an LCSW does not make you qualified to manage an entire department.
