Princeton Information – “If you want to contract, pick a good agency....”
1 of 1 people found this helpfulPros
Each staff member is competent, thoroughly trained, highly ethical. Your recruiter is always available to you by phone and email. They are good about addressing concerns of all types, and in handling the emergent request for time off.
Cons
It's a recruiting/staff augmentation firm; so unless you work in the organization, there is no chance for promotion. You simply have to go get the job or contract you want elsewhere. There's no sense of community in the consultant cadre. They pass information from the clients through to the consultants no matter how silly and incredible the client is, and that kind of rubs the people the wrong way - especially if the news is bad, like a layoff is coming or something. We're all adults and it's better to treat us that way!
Advice to Senior Management
They are doing what works for them, and it is working well. I prefer them to other agencies I have worked with in the past. My recruiter is fabulous - I wish she were recognized for the way she makes sure every project she send sme to is a good fit in every way. That's so important - it may be a routine for them to do it that way, but that is not the case for most agencies. My particular recruiter is exceptional good at it.
