    Pros

    Flexibility of schedule
Ability to work as much as you want
    Lots of support
    Lots of training
    Decent Salary
    Great People

    Cons

    Strange hours
Late hours working until 10 many times
The Job is not going to be full time
Repetitive when teaching the same subject

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

This is a great company to work for. It would be nice to have the opportunity to work for TPR full time if desired. There are daytime classes that are often hard to staff because everybody is part-time and needs to work during the day. Having just a few full time teachers would be great.
