Pros

Best manager I've ever worked for (and I've worked for many). Enriching experience to work with the community's students. Job growth for motivated individuals.

Cons

The office is too small for the amount of revenue we produce.

Advice to Management

Be aware of how well everyone works with one another with only one exception.
