Pros

I love the flexibility of our office and the amazing people that I work with! There is just something great about watching the excitement from a student who has just received admission into their dream school because of the test score we helped them acheive. It's an overall fun, relaxed, and rewarding place to work!

Cons

As an office employee, you are pretty much always on call. ALWAYS. Can be a challenge if you have a family. There is also not a ton of training available to employees.

Advice to Management

Bonus or give pay raises to teachers who deserve them. We are losing great talent because of it!

    Pros

pay is good considering no experience is really necessary
opportunity to be promoted and take on new tasks
rewarding to see your students' scores improve

    Cons

you only get paid 10-20% of what the clients pay which feels inappropriate at times
    random hours and workloads
sometimes too much of a "one size fits all" approach that you have to teach
management doesn't seem to know as much as some tutors do about the actual strategies - but they should sit in on training
you will likely not know your colleagues

    Advice to Management

more benefits/bonuses based on outcomes, more

    Pros

opportunities to grow, flexible with schedule, good company

    Cons

not often pay increases, hourly rate seems low compared to cost of program

    Advice to Management

provide opportunities to grow within instead of hiring new teachers
