I worked at Princeton Review part-time

Pros

The training is very thorough and there's plenty of support from the management if you have additional questions. There's also a lot of flexibility in scheduling, which is nice.

For the most part the kids are great too, and perhaps more importantly the classes are small so they're relatively easy to manage.

Cons

Some times it's frustrating when you miss out on a job because you didn't reply to the email quickly enough

I have been working at Princeton Review full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

It's a great place to get introduced in the field of test prep. There are a lot of very smart people working there. It is definitely a place filled with younger recent college grads so it's pretty high energy at times.

    Cons

This is a position that very much a sales quote with a number you have to hit, but offers very little in terms of additional compensation. If you are young with the ability to relocate to different states or even countries, there are opportunities to move up the food chain. But if you are more settled, there are not as many steps of any ladder to climb.

I worked at Princeton Review part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Salary, flexibility. Great pay if you're in college and need some extra money for only a couple of hours of work.

    Cons

Poor communication with management and office. Lack of trust in teachers. Office was rude (even the students would complain). Many teachers I trained with have left as they were fed up of the office's attitude and negativity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve communication and invest in teachers instead of looking for every excuse to weed them out.
