I have been working at Princeton Review part-time (more than an year)

Pros

Very encouraging, provided adequate training and support. The trainers who prep you for your classes are your trainers for life and you can always reach out to them. Lots of opportunity for raises and advancement.

Cons

Scheduling can be complicated as it is a part-time job. You are often called upon to sub or proctor very last-minute which can be difficult.

I have been working at Princeton Review part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

There is great communication between the front office and the teachers. As a teacher, all you have to do is show up to the location they tell you and everything you might need to teach will be provided. They assign you students, coordinate test drop offs, and upload scores online, so everything is very streamlined.

    Cons

Pays comparatively less than tutoring on your own, but might be made by the fact of consistent hours and not having to find your own students. Very long, tedious training to get approved. Proctoring pay is awful.
