Wonderful Place to Work

Editorial Assistant (Current Employee)

ProsThere are excellent benefits here, the staff is experienced and very friendly, and the work atmosphere is very comfortable. The Press has an outstanding reputation, and working here is really a pleasure.

ConsThere isn't really much wrong with the Press itself, but the area surrounding the Press' location can be a bit dull. Princeton proper has its fair share of restaurants and shopping, but for a college town the community is introverted and the cost of living is on the high side.

Advice to Senior ManagementI think the leadership here is great. Everyone in an administrative position is knowledgeable and willing to help.

Great place to start your career

I worked at Princeton University Press full-time for more than 3 years

Pros: PUP is a great place to start your career in publishing, or really any field. The management puts a high value on professional growth and… Cons: Because people further along in their careers know a good thing when they see it, there's not… Advice to Senior Management: Keep on doing what you're doing!
