Plant specific and if senior management changes, you are history.

ProsFamily oriented. Made efforts to get rid of the "old boy" system but it still exist and can change in a plant if senior management changes.

ConsAgain, plant specific and if senior management changes so goes the plant.

Advice to Senior ManagementWhen "good old boys" win out over talent, everyone sees it and knows the deal.
