Great benefits and pay. All employees are eligible for annual bonus. Leadership team is strong and talented.

Cons

Continued decline in revenue stream makes it tough to stay connected and excited about the company.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to grow this business. Find new revenue streams. Acquire something.

    Pros

    Profit sharing, Health-Medical, Vacation. Good place to get some experience in technology.

    Cons

    Company is using old technology and needs to update product line..

    Update the Technology, Try not to lay off employees every quarter.

    Pros

    The workers were professional and compensation was at market value. Close commute and easy access to freeways. Good programs to work on and great team players.

    Cons

    Owners are vulture capitalists and work environment politically charged. Financials are artifically prop-up by cutting and outsourcing. Management busy driving company into the ground.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The glory days are in the past, invest in the future, throw something over to R&D.
