    Pros

Working out of an office and pretty much on your own.

    Cons

I only worked here for about six weeks. You are paid by loaded miles that you travel. So anytime you are empty, you are not paid. For example I drive 30 miles to pick up an item and deliver it 5 miles away. I drive 35 miles and get paid for 5 of them. Most of their work is in and around center city Philadelphia which means you are sitting in traffic at least half of the day. Also, it is a contract job. So, when you deduct the taxes, gas and tolls (which you pay out of pocket and do not get reimbursed for) the pay is less than minimum wage. i worked about 80 hours in one week and came out with about $250 - not what I was expecting. It's not worth beating your car up and putting in long hours.

    Advice to Management

Purchase company vehicles and pay your workers fairly!
