I have been working at Prn Health Services

Pros

Flexibility to implement my ideas on processes and forms. Changes can and are made because there are not many layers that need to approve suggested changes. The company appreciates and really cares about its internal and external staff

Cons

Priorities change often and sometimes very quickly.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to share information openly and often to keep the employees aware of market changes, company and policy changes.

I worked at Prn Health Services full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good camaraderie between employees in your specific division. No one is cut-throat in stealing others clients or Nurses

    Cons

Recruiters, Schedulers, Branch managers rarely take account for their own mistakes. The buck gets passed around. Weekly meetings are redundant. Other than the employees at corporate no one has been with the company for over 2 years. LOTS OF TURN-OVER. Sales training is joke, continuous sales training is a joke.CEOs decisions are based on feel. Compensation is terrible.Salary is WAY below average and commissions are just as bad. 1 start bonus- even if a temp completes 4 travel contracts. Where does all the money go?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The company perceives its self as family oriented to their nurses, but not necessarily to its internal employees. Its been said multiple times “not everyone lives in WI” base the salary on the cost of living in the area where the employee is working. You want an employee to commit to the company, but the company won’t commit to the employee by providing a fair base salary. Provide yearly performance reviews. There are employees who have worked there in past 5-7 years that never receive a SALARY INCREASE!!! Commissions are different from your base salary- CEO
