I have been working at ProAutomated full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Company has taken great care of me. I have management that cares about my input and responds to it. There have been many opportunities for the field service team to make a decision about how to do something, and management went with the team recommendation. Constantly working to get us home earlier to see family, and make sure our opportunities with family are improving.

    Cons

Traveling with a family at home can be tough. Being stuck in airports because of layovers has gotten me home a couple times on Saturday afternoon, but that's air travel for you.
