ProLogis – “This use to be a fun place”

Pros

Most co-workers are great and awesome to learn from. A variety of people and locations to work with. Great with volunteer time, company and personal.

Cons

Management flies by the seat of their pants, forget any promotions, very little advancement unless you know the right person. Human Resource avoids phone calls and usually sides with management if you have any complaints. If there weren't so much office politics/critics going on, a lot of work would get done.

Advice to Senior Management

Treat employees with respect and put a thumb on lower management overlooking the department employees. Moral is very low already, help.
