Pros

It's one of the largest resolution trust real estate companies in the country with international holdings. The new Denver headquarters is rather nice, a vast improvement over the warehouse one. As a publicly traded company, you'll get stock options and might get a return for your hard work doing your job right. Some truly stellar people work here, albeit under utilized.

Cons

The corporate culture is devastating to innovation. Suits and ties are de rigor, as is subordinating one's self to the boss's petty concerns. Don't expect a lot of actual loyalty from co-workers. A lot of the staff are strictly lifers in it for the paycheck and will think nothing of letting your requests for information fall into the cracks. Machiavellian office politcos will thrive here. Some managers are paternal, top-down types, condescending, and a bit in love with their own ideas. This makes honest communication nearly impossible.

Advice to Senior Management

Actually look into what some of your departmental managers are doing on a work basis. You may find that they are more interested in their fiefdoms than actually being good managers who are supportive of their staff rather than the other way around.
