Pros

One of the best things about ProNet, and the people that are really proud to work here will tell you, is that it's a fast-paced environment. You won't spend time twiddling your thumbs, or looking for things to do. This place has a wide variety of technologies that it supports, from Windows Server 2k3-2010, Cisco Networks, VMWare virtualization, SANs, etc. They even run their own in-house hosted services platform, which is pretty cutting edge, especially for a company its size. If you want to get a huge amount of experience on a lot of different things, this is a great place to work.

Cons

Depending on who you are, the speed may be a negative for you. If you cannot, or are not interested in moving fast, you're going to feel the pain here. I have played a role where I've hired, trained, and watched many people move through the company at alarming rates. People that really excel at ProNet are some of the strongest people I've seen in the tech industry, bar none. If you want to learn from some of the best and brightest, this is the place. However, if you fear you can't compete, you might feel left behind around here, or that you simply don't fit in. ProNet expects the absolute top of its people, and they make no bones about it.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep doing what you do. ProNet definitely isn't for everyone, especially if you aren't fast, but that's what keeps you sharp.
