I worked at ProQuest

Pros – Overseas group is fantastic. Good people, opportunities to make a difference. Management will allow creative thinking although not always acting on suggestions made.

Cons – Senior management too far away from workers and what's going on in company. Fear factor among middle management (afraid to admit to anything negative; blame shifting, etc.).

Advice to Senior Management – Get back to the business and people who do the work to find out what is wrong and to hear intelligent suggestions on how to improve the business.
