Great people, but trying to find their way as a company

ProsGreat people, good pay, family atmosphere

Consconstant budget cutting, hesitant to invest in areas other than key product.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to keep moving forward. Doing the business the same way as it has been done will not gain a competitive advantage.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Good place to work

    Pros: Some great benefits that include 401k, medical Plenty of time off with vacation, Sick/Personal Opportunity… Cons: The typical cons that can come with any job. But overall… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More

    Top down management style preventing the company from making obvious process changes
