“Good career builder, however lacking on vision”
Former Employee – worked at ProSys Information Systems
Pros – During my tenure at ProSys, the engineering and sales teams consisted of solid individuals who were reliable. The hours were very flexible and the benefits weren't bad.
Cons – A rather selfish VP ruined it for everybody Nashville in 2009, and people started jumping ship. The replacement managers were puppets without a vision, and it was very clear that the company wasn't going to be going anywhere worth going.
Advice to Senior Management – Unify the company across the regions, and standardize on methodologies
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
