    I worked at Procom full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Commission paid on time, monthly, very good commission rate. Well managed, very strong operational standards and processes.

    Cons

    Extremely competitive
    A lot of VMS orders
    Very short on job orders

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't hire too many recruiters for too few job orders
