Lots of potential not put to good use.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Cayey, PR

ProsHuge company, job security, great benefits. The site has a lot of nice people, but in general the culture is very difficult to work with. The need for improvements sometimes overlooks quality.

ConsLong hours, little recognition, difficult to move up from technician to manager level. Most movement will be horizontal.

Advice to Senior ManagementEvaluate people on their performance, not on the managers opinion.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Great place to learn and work on big brands.

Assistant Brand Manager (Current Employee) Cincinnati, OH

I have been working at Procter & Gamble

Pros: You get to work with the smartest people and learn from them. As a hire from within company… Cons: P&G is notoriously slow at promoting folks especially at the lower levels. Also there is a great variance in workload… Advice to Senior Management: Really look at advancement for ABM & BM. 10 years is a long time… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More

Its like… Cons: Alot of pressure in brand to deliver more business results than the next guy and do the build the organization activities. Impossible to have… Advice to Senior Management: Take time to play more often so your employees can… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
