Pros

Some of the best reasons to work at Procter & Gamble is to network with a diverse group; learn how to become a better manager; and the opportunity to travel.

Cons

Travel and limited variety of available positions that are not travel related.

Advice to Management

Promote more family friendly environments via minimum travel required positions.

    Pros

money, $15/hr to start $20/hr after a year. its not a hard job at all. even though the tests to get in are harder than what the actual job is. 4+ weeks vac just after 5 years. good retirement packages.

    Cons

no work life balance. alot of butt kissing to get promotions. no organization at all upon management. shift work is a pain to deal with.

    Advice to Management

remove head from sphincter.they will generally promote the general screw up before anyone else just to get the screw up off of the packing line.
