Pros

Large company with great benefits with great brands to work with.

Cons

Laid off yesterday over 2400 pat time merchandisers

Advice to Management

A conference call to read a canned memo that you are let go is not a way to handle sensitive issues, the management team should be ashamed of how it was handled. But, when you have the high saleries, it is easy I gues

    Pros

    The pay was very high

    Cons

It was impossible to get anything done because nobody would ever be around to help, and everything must be approved. And then I got a bad review because of this.

  2. My overall experience has been great, always put in a position to be successful, always had great managers.

    Pros

People, Culture, Principles, Values, Purpose, Great Brands, Strong leaders.

    Cons

Salary/Compensation is capped at each band/job level no matter how well you do, the job is only worth so much

    Advice to Management

Need to figure out a way to continue to compensate top performers at each band beyond salary.
