I have been working at Procter & Gamble

Pros

they value their employers a lot at P&G. Growth as future leaders is a target. Systems used here are very valuable

Cons

System based company with very less freedom to operate; it takes a long time to understand the working of such systems

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Power of agility isn't used as much as it should be at P&G. It seems that the company is slow in catching up but when it does its with full power and quality
