    Pros

Good pay. Different position every 3 years so you get to explore a lot of things. Having Procter & Gamble on your resume gets you noticed more.

    Cons

In manufacturing, you must learn to ignore certain things and learn to be satisfied with "good enough" and move on.

    Advice to Management

Ensure that intern managers understand the intern process. Intern managers should share their feedback with the intern instead of presenting the feedback to the intern for the first time when the intern is being evaluated by management.

    Pros

Brand, Innovatiion, People, Work, Facilities. To a certain extent work life balance. Less woried about cost of operations, focuses more on quality,

    Cons

Scale, Non value added work, Horizontal Competition. Late night calls if you want to build bridge accross the geography. Something needs to be done about this.

    Advice to Management

Scale has caused the disavantage; Reduce the size of the company, Employee more external consultants, services for being efficient. People with huge experience in P&G are not necessarily the best.
