I worked at Procter & Gamble full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

smartest people you will ever meet, lots of experiences across multiple product categories and functions

    Cons

senior management doesn't lead, decisions are changed constantly, there is no courage to make the hard choices to stop swirl and simplify, truth is not valued, careers only exist for the chosen few - everyone else is on their own,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Wake up and really listen to what people are saying. Just because you want to believe something, it doesn't make it true. Having a consisten message track is not the same as true communications.
