*Very process oriented *Slow to make decisions and overaly analytical - analysis paralysis *Career advancement very slow, even if you are considered top talent

Advice to Management

*Figure out a way to compensate and/or put top talent on a different career track to keep from losing all the great employees you invested so much in training

    1. Well defined roles and good assignments 2. Pay is best in industry 3. development of individual..organizational support is good 4. Work with the best of minds..

    1. Too process oriented so constricts creativity in some cases 2. Growth is slower as P&G India becomes larger in size..

    1. re-look at career advancement. clearer defined will help employees understand policies for growth. 2. too frequent a movement should be avoided

    Pros

    Nice work atmosphere, salary package over average and interesting work-life balance.

    Cons

    Some values such as transparency and empowerment are just on the paper. Poor leadership in the mid-level management.

    Set up a proper and realistic career plan for Logistics roles
