    Pros

You get outstanding training and responsibilities from the 1st day. You get great exposure to several countries and cultures and there is a strong possibility of growth

    Cons

The normal bureaucracies that comes with such large organizations and i think we can do much better on the compensation though its very competitive among peer companies

    Advice to Management

Cut the fat and make decision making faster.

    Pros

Access to exhaustive sources of information in pretty much any area of business expertize. High level of responsibility for every level - learning by being taught but also and in equal manner by being allowed to do things on your own. Investment behind growing capabilities (e.g. trainings, coaching, mentor-ship system, etc).

    Cons

Huge workload - if not careful it can fast & easily lead to burn out - in the last years even more so than ever. Extreme pressure & high competitiveness environment. For specific functions, even at lower levels of management, the "up or out" system means that working 10-12 hours/ day is just not going to cut it.

    Advice to Management

In the strenuous environment in which we live, the focus on rewarding high levels of executions (from strategy to implementation) should be higher. The current overwhelming feeling is that no matter how bright you are, how excellent in delivering against targets, etc, etc - it does not make a difference.
