Procter & Gamble – “Do not make your mistake. Its name is not trust-worthy any longer.”

learn a lot about the PAIN of working with a highly bureaucratic organization. Need to be very lucky to meet a manager with good leadership skill.
Cons
it was a mistake to work for P&G. It is totally different from what I expected. Many inexperienced undergraduates were promoted to band 2 manager. Because of the promote from within culture, many other professionals with outside experience must start from the bottom and have to deal with these narrow-minded, arrogant folks.
They treat entry-level employee very bad. They even fired employee whose spouse was 9-month pregnant.
Overall, it is not a good place to work. Lots of politics played in many decision-makings. It is naive to believe that they act based on their principles and values.
Advice to Senior Management
Is people really your most important asset? STOP LYING.
