    Pros

Great firm - tremendous people - great resume builder - outstanding training - best in class work conditions. You will learn a lot in a variety expect. You are give total ownership of a business from day one with best in industry ressources to perform. Overally a tremendous experience - if you can have it go for it ! Flex conditions allow for work life balance.

    Cons

Hours do add up. Pressure to perform. Gotta deliver your numbers. Huge company with lots of processes that take time. Learning curve is steep at first but it get better. A lot of political stuff to deal with on a day to day basis - requires some getting used to.

    Advice to Management

Even more focus on Work life balance !

  2. Making products overseas and selling them in the U.S makes no sense if nobody has the money to purchase the products.

    Pros

Proctor and Gamble is a very smart company. They didn't become the largest consumer products company by accident.

    Cons

Alot of the human company relationships are gone. Its all about the numbers. With more concern with shareholders.

    Advice to Management

Use each plants potential to improve each product line's bottom line.
