    Pros

    Good Pay/ Benefits and coworkers,

    Cons

Benefits are continuously cut compared to the past, Too many layers of management with the emphasis on turning their blocks green.

    Advice to Management

Get realistic, Don't point out problems that need to be fixed unless your there to support them.

  2. The kind of company you can be proud to work for, but a bit bloated and too matrixed.

    Pros

Strong Brands. Highly principled and value oriented. Strong bench....top talent across all levels and functions.

    Cons

Too much red tape. Even apparent decision makers often have limited responsibility. Org structure and decision rights need fixed.

    Advice to Management

Align responsibility and accountability. Give key managers a goal, the flexibility to deliver it, and hold them accountable.
